The Nobu Hotel, Marylebone

The Nobu Hotel, Marylebone, London is due to be completed late 2020. Stromtechs are completing an electrical installation for Working Environments Ltd.

The installation comprises of all containment, lighting and power in the basement area, as well lighting and power in the landlord areas of the west tower.

The main containment in the basement was extensive in order to allow all the sub main cabling to reach every part of the building. In the basement, there is also a staff canteen and laundry areas, as well as offices. All of these areas require different types of power.

In the west tower, all of the lighting in the guest corridors is controlled by a Mode Lighting system, allowing the hotel flexibility for dimming.
