Malmaison Hotel, Brighton
Working with Patton developments, we are in the final stages of this hotel refurbishment in Brighton.
This project was started in October 2016. The hotel has remained open the whole time with the work carried out being sensitive to hotel residents. They even needed a temporary kitchen to keep going while the main kitchen was refurbished. 75 rooms were also refurbished on a rolling basis to minimise the disruption to the hotel operations
The refurbishment included bedrooms, kitchens, dining areas, meeting rooms & bar area. The whole hotel is controlled by a scene set dimming system produced by Eaton Lighting Systems (ilight)
