In conjunction with Paton Developments Ltd, this was a total rewire as part of a complete refurbishment of a 113 bedroom hotel along with new reception, dinning areas conference areas and bars. The project included the additional difficulty of keeping the hotel open in areas during the refurbishment. In total, a 50 week program with completion early Dec 2015
